Approximately 1,180 square feet, this spacious Two- Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double Bed(s) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, dining area and 2 separate bathrooms. Maximum of 8 occupants.
Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, In Room Safe, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Jetted Tub and Stairs.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Branson at the Meadows is Branson Airport which is 6.83 miles by car respectively.

We have stayed at this property in the past and had an excellent time, this time proved more of the same. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The pools and the main house are tons of fun and a lot of activities and games are provided.
Our room was nice but not great. It had a smell of dog or something, I had to get some air freshener to spray to mask the smell for our stay. It would also have been nice if there were some basic spices and more cooking utensils. Overall though we had a great time as a family and will definitely be back!!

Our stay was fantastic. There were two rooms, a living room and kitchen. The washer and dryer made a great difference for us with little kids. There was a park for the kids and a heated outdoor pool. We would definitely stay again. We had an easy check in experience and same with checking out.

The floors were so dirty they turned the kids’ feet black
The master bath sink wouldn’t drain
The main bathtub was dirty with hairs in it

We booked our room months in advance, a week before our trip we got a message saying they couldn’t get a hold of the owner and so they offered us a one bedroom room (instead of a two bedroom room) at a 25% discount. There are six of us and I was nervous to take this but at such a last minute deal I decided to go for it. We were able to cram into the room all right. The room itself wasn’t the best but I’m mostly upset with the process. Part of me is half convinced that they simply relisted our room because they realized they could get it for much more per night than what we had locked in months in advance.
It was not apparent that we were getting a timeshare room.
I guess I’ll know better next time.
