Friendly owners Quiet location and dark at night, no street light glare Lots of cutlery and crockery

Appliances dated and well used Tiled floor downstairs cracked and cut my feet several times Bedding is old and well used Master bed is two old mattresses one on top of the other Main bedroom has a constant smell, like fire or peat Bathroom is tiny and the shower is useless, it trickles out and no good for anyone with long hair Under the settee and arm chairs is filthy, lots of dust and covered in cobwebs Very cold in the evening and this was in June Floorboards upstairs are very noisy The fire is filthy and has two pipes coming directly from it venting in to the open space downstairs If we had any spare money I would have booked us in to another place
