T1 correct avec un équipement complet et en bon état de marche. En plus il est bien situé.
Dommage que l'immeuble soit si vétuste et odorant (odeur non ressentie dans l'appartement). Un détail important. Il faut préciser qu'il est situé dans une rue uniquement piétonne et que la réception des clés doit se faire dans le meilleur des cas à l'entrée du parking.
