Amazing view from 14th floor, minibar and airco
Location not the best, but not as worse as many describe. 5 min walking from hbf.
That there was not someone fulltime at the receptiondesk.

Clean and comfy hotel which is nicely close to the train station. Friendly staff. Good price quality - would stay here again.
This is not the fault of the hotel - but being close to the train station also means you need to walk past several homeless drunks between the station and the hotel if you take the pedestrian underpass. You can avoid this if you walk above ground and take the street crosswalks at the intersection lights.

The location. Neat room and toilet.
Coffee and milk sachets were not kept in spite of me repeatedly asking them.
No toiletries kept for the amount paid and being 4 star category hotel. They clean only once the room for every three days.
Smelling toilet like in the bar area near reception.
