Family from different parts of Texas met up for a large event and the property is old & could use some updates/TLC but it’s a nice property in a great neighborhood. Very large and spacious home and priced moderately compared to other listings.
Karen was easy & pleasant to work with which was a huge plus. Made renting comfortable. Might have to seek this place up again when we need to stay in town again.

Family came to honor their brother at memorial service. Home provided comfortable space to sort through his belongings and gather for meals. Bedroom floors are totally unfinished with bare concrete. Suggest inexpensive hard surface flooring be added.
