Rustic Cabin 3 .

Was a great stay.cabin style mining shack made the experience that much richer.

Myself and friends went for my birthday- bucket list to dig diamonds. I stayed in cabin #3 and they stayed in #2. I don't require the taj mahal and it worked just fine. It had cold air, a clean nice mini fridge and a microwave (I never used the microwave). The bathroom/ shower house is that of an older well used campground shower house and could use a face lift but gets the job done. The cabin is the same but it beats messing with a tent, your covered from the rain and the price is right. We enjoyed a nice campfire both nights, it was quiet and niby bothered us. The guy overseeing the place was even nice when I had to call him at 7am to get back in my cabin after showering and locking the key inside while doing so, lol. The main downside I see is the "permanent" residence that seems to be living there and have crap all around their campers, however they don't bother you it's just an eye sore. It's close to all kinds of food places and stores. Just needs a bit of a facelift but like said the price is right, just don't go in expecting a bunch of stuff. It's a rustic cabin. Have fun!

beautiful wooded area, fun digging for diamonds & hiking

Very simple cabin but the bed was very comfortable and it worked for our needs (hubby 6’5 and I’m 5’7). We had great 5G internet. It was perfect size for us and two kiddos who brought blow up mattress. The two things this facility could do to improve is 1. Clean the bathhouse (make it more presentable) 2. Enforce a community standard for trash laying around for those that live there. It would also be super nice if there was one grill for the community to use (we had to buy one) and if stumps were cut to sit around the fire or some kind of seating that would be very nice. Overall a good experience and we would go back.
