The property is in a very good location within a gated community. It is close to the beach (either one). We did not use the nearby shops or bars, so it is difficult to comment on the distance to them. The owner sends information via WhatsApp with useful links (although I am not sure whether they are up to date). The apartment itself was clean and equipped with the most essential kitchen utensils, as well as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and cleaning supplies. It is possible to reheat or prepare meals if needed. There is a Lidl and a Conad supermarket nearby, so it is convenient to drive over and do some grocery shopping. Overall, despite the previous reviews, we were satisfied with our stay.

We did not notice any major drawbacks. There are a few spots on the walls showing signs of age or moisture, which, in my opinion, is largely due to the property's proximity to the sea. The television still does not work. We were told it would be repaired, but nothing was done during our stay. However, we did not come on vacation to watch TV, so this was not a significant issue for us.

Locația cazării este super ok. Fix în față are o plajă cu pietre (nouă ne-a plăcut, am “pescuit” crabi) iar la 300m este o plaja sălbatică superbă cu nisip.

Cazarea este la subsol, este foarte mare umezeală în casă. Curățenia a fost de nota 7-8.
