The very fact that the property is located at the end of the road makes it private and scenic. The cottages were spacious. Each cottage was well spaced giving utmost privacy. The stream inside the property gave it a good refreshing spot. The food was amazing, homely and timely. The staffs ram and his team were the best. They made us feel at home. Indoor and outdoor play area was maintained properly.

Not too far from gonikoppa town. The place is very quiet and serene. Great place to watch a variety of birds. Food provided was good and the hospitality was great.

Quite, calm, relaxing place . There is a water body adjacent to the property, though inaccessible and not visible from the cottage but it creates a good atmosphere.
Breakfast options are below average which makes the place bit pricey for its offering. Also, mosquitoes are extremely abundant in the outdoor
