Ample center of Peñiscola, very good location, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms one incorporated in main room, A: A: in main room and lounge, services at 50m, beach at 100m, without the need to move the car, totally equipped with appliances, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen equipped with everything you need etc. parking for one car, elevator, without barrier, is allowed according to pet on request to owner.

The apartment is in a residential block in the old town and everything is within a 3/5 minute walk. The beach is perfect for a toddler, warm shallow water in the bay with plenty of restaurants, cafes for lunch.The apartment was well equipped with air con in living room and master bed. The is a small balcony outside the master bedroom and the living room. The mattresses were firm but comfortable.Esther and her husband met us and showed us to the garage which is a couple of streets away. They also came to see us before we left.A lovely apartment right in the middle of town.

El apartamento está muy bien, cerca de la playa aunque en una zona tranquila, muy limpio y completo. La dueña encantadora y se preocupa por que todo esté perfecto. Una estancia maravillosa que sin duda repetiremos.
