Me gusto la habitación y el hotel como tal estaba muy bien

No me gusto para nada que no dejan pasar NADA a la piscina, entiendo que tienen un bar, pero además que es demasiado caro, cuando rentas un hotel no estas obligado a consumir en el. Casi no pude disfrutar las piscinas porque tuve que ir para la playa, y ni siquiera me dejaron pasar por la piscina con mi nevera tuve que hacerlo por la calle

The pools And location were incredible

The air con in the second bedroom is very weak. I tried calling and was told someone was come but no one did. We fiddled with the control until it worked but it was very weak and won’t improve. The rest of the apartment was great and we were given an extra late check out which I requested as compensation so that made up for things somewhat. If this was fixed then the apartment would have 5 stars but the receptionist did say they struggle with air con in some apartments. For some reason only black bracelets give free beach beds our green ones despite paying same as my family in Diff apartment didn’t give me 2 free beds but gave them with their black ones 2 free beds. We preferred the pool but can see this bothering some people.

Actual property nice. Room itself very dated.

Air con didn’t work in 2nd bedroom. Sheets felt gritty.

Great location. Great pool and beach, Condo furnishings need updating. Only 2 burners work on stove and kitchen equipment is modest at best and missing many essentials. Don’t plan to cook many meals here. No extra pillows or blankets provided.
