Clean and cozy. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine wash cycle gets the job done
Water tank a bit small. Ran out of hot water on a couple of nights. Electricity supply keeps tripping especially when the washing machine is running and we tried to boil water. Recommend to use washing machine at night when sleeping so it doesn’t clash with the rest of the appliances

距離越後湯澤駛步行大概6-7分鐘，比起溫泉街的幾家大旅館雖然略遠，但還算可以接受。
離超市跟7-11還有維新沾麵本店步行約8分鐘。
📍環境
房間很新穎，ANNEX 4人房可以住到6人（公領域踏踏米可以再睡兩個）很適合一群朋友一起來。有小廚房附簡易廚具可以去超市買東西回來煮。1樓門外有烘衣機及放雪具的架子，但那架子只適合放ski。
房間內有維新沾麵的優惠卡以及送的駒子之湯泡湯券。
1.這邊採平板自助check in，但入住手續真的太繁瑣，而且入住前就已經有email通知請住客先行輸入資料以加快入住手續，明明已經事先輸入完所有住客的資料，不知道為何到現場又要再輸入一次再加上人工視訊審核，這樣提前輸入的意義在哪?
2.房間很容易跳電，剛進房的我們理所當然把所有燈打開，客廳房間三台暖氣都打開，結果剛坐下來就跳電了，才發現桌上有放一張「房間容易跳電，如果跳電再去電箱開電」的告示。
3.枕頭是扎實偏硬那種，不好睡。

入住流程爛到爆，出發前已經上傳護照等相關資料拿到入住代碼
實際到達住宿地點時，還是要全部重來再加上人工視訊審核
中文造詣不夠好，無法發明比爛更強烈的形容詞，不然我一定用爆

房內有洗乾衣機，有新落成的感覺，電子密碼鎖使用方便
戶外下雪後結冰，隔音不夠，整晚都聽到掉冰的聲響。雖然是公寓式住宿出租，如房間能配備室內用/一次性用的拖鞋更好。我們是入黑後到埗，完成入住手續後在戶外光線不足，有點難找到自己入住的房間入口。
