Holiday home situated 2 km far from the town of Orgiva, in the region of Alpujarra Granadina, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
The holiday home finds itself protected by the green mountains of Alpujarra and surrounded by a lush-vegetation garden. The abundant quantity of light and the delicate smell of the surrounidng gardens penetrate into every corner of the house, thus creating a pleasant and comfortable environment where you will be able to spend relaxing moments.
The holiday home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed. A bathroom with shower, a vast fireplace-equipped dining-living room and a completely equipped open kitchen complete the furniture of this house, which is also provided with AC.
The outdoor area could very well be your own private reading and relaxation corner, as well as that of the family’s leisure activities. You will be welcomed by the swimming pool and the constant melody of its waters, the huge garden with trees and flowers of every kind, a barbecue area and even a dining area from which you will enjoy spectacular views of the mountains of La Alpujarra, where this holiday home is located.
The access to the house is completely paved, except for the last 700 meters.

Heerlijk compleet huis met een prachtige tuin en lekker zwembad. Goed bereikbaar al is het soms krap met tegemoetkomend verkeerd op het laatste stuk. Omgeving was heerlijk rustig met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Wij hebben genoten van onze week! Juan is een goede gastheer die trots is op zijn huis. En gelijk heeft hij!

De eerste paar keer is de weg vanaf het dorp Orgiva naar de locatie even wennen (de laatste 700 meter is smal en deels onverhard), maar als je door het hek bent, kom je in een oase van rust, privacy en een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijk zwembad. En Juan is een ontzettend vriendelijke en aardige man. En sinds mei 2022 is er ook een grote supermarkt in Orgiva gekomen wat voor ons zeker een onverwachts pluspunt is geweest.

perfectamente cuidada y el menaje de la cocina estaba limpio y en buen estado. sartenes en buen estado (con el teflon en buen estado y además, sartenes nuevas a estrenar por si las necesitabas)
