About this house rental
You get to enjoy this private, beautifully constructed & professionally landscaped Santa Fe Mountain modern style home on 5 acres yet close to town. This amazing home features year round access, with wildlife galore & borders a large ranch & the elk migration path. The open floor plan is warm and inviting with views from every room and plenty of room for entertaining or large family gatherings, yet cozy enough for a romantic long weekend for just the two of you.
This 3000+ square foot home is showcased by the red sawn Oregon fir floors, hand picked Moss rock floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace and expansive timber frame beamed ceilings. The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf six burner dual fuel stove with dual ovens & griddle, a Sub Zero Refrigerator, a warming drawer, 2 Franke SS sinks with lighting at the counters, floor and above the custom cabinets & island. For those who enjoy cooking, this is your dream kitchen all flowing easily to the incredible outdoor cantilevered entertaining redwood deck complete with outdoor speakers, a 6 person hot tub & LED lighting under the powder coated hand rail and gas grill to enjoy cooking outside.
Fall asleep in the comfort of your master bedroom after relaxing in the deep soaking tub or the enclosed steam shower with bench, dual vessel sinks and 2 door walk in closet. The luxury continues with 2 more guest rooms. One with a King Bed and the other with a queen bed. Both have TV's and share a full bathroom. Down the hall and down a few stairs is a converted den with additional exterior entrance, refrigerator, coffee bar, full bathroom, TV and new leather couch.
A few steps from the home, you'll find an over-sized detached epoxy floored 2 car garage with a heated exercise room. Across the gravel driveway, you'll find a large storage building, with access to the fun game room with pool and ping pong tables, darts and other games.
This home has easy access to both uptown and downtown. Only a few minutes from Walmart and many restaurants, or a few more minutes to the world famous Pagosa Springs Hot Springs. Wolf Creek ski area only a quick 30 minute drive to the slopes for phenomenal skiing & boarding. Wolf Creek boosts the most snow of any Colorado resort and is also the only fully powered solar ski area in the United States.
This home is equipped with a back up generator. If power is lost, there's no waiting for it to be restored!
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This is not a pet friendly home.
This home has an AC unit in the master bedroom.
This home has 4 outdoor cameras : 1 covering front door and yard, 1 back porch covering walkway, 1 back porch over dining room doors and 1 covering garage entry and out of the building.

Staying at Oakbrush Views was an incredible experience. The home is beautiful with great views, amenities, and a bit of seclusion from Pagosa Springs. Couldn't recommend this place enough!! 10/10

This home is exactly as the pictures! Very clean and spacious. Our group was 2 adult couples. We had the master bedroom - which has a very generous closet and loads of room for luggage and personal items. The master bath was fabulous with a steam shower! The other couple used the other side of the house which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom across the hall. They used one of the bedrooms as a closet because they had lots of luggage 😂. Plus it has a second living room and full bath. So they each had their own bathroom. They considered it their suite!!!We cooked several meals in the kitchen - it is a Wolf appliance kitchen! They also supply a coffee maker and a Keurig. Plenty of towels in all the bathrooms and we all agreed the beds were comfy!

This house was perfect for our friends’ getaway. 2 couples enjoyed the great outdoors and Pagosa Springs. Management company was available for all our questions and was so prompt with everything. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful view and felt very remote but was close to town! Thanks for a wonderful time.
