Our modern and luxurious 148m2 suite at Florence Sayulita includes:
• Master Bedroom: King bed

• Bathrooms: All 3 bathrooms include bath linens, towels and toiletries
• Living Space: Sofa bed, Smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix account
• Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, sink, kettle, microwave, and a toaster
• Balcony/Patio: Fully furnished and private
If you’re travelling by car, there is limited on-site parking available, though ample street parking is available nearby.

• Yah Yah Cafe: the perfect place for coffee and breakfast, only a 4-minute walk from your unit.
• El Itacate: enjoy the best selection of tacos in town, and don't forget to try the famous cheese-wrapped burrito called "the itacate."
• La Rustica: treat yourself to some delicious pasta or a wood-fired pizza on your next date night.
Outdoor Activities
• Surfing: waves break in the bay all year round and are perfect for all skill levels. Surf rentals can be found at a variety of locations on the beach.
• Snorkelling: Playa Los Arcos, Playa de Los Muertos, and Carricitos offer great snorkelling spots nearby.
• Farmers Market: enjoy live music and local products every Friday from November through May.
• Marietas Island: book a tour and explore the stunning scenery and sea life, just a few miles off the coast.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $300 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
• Also, please be advised that the queen beds follow Mexican sizing, which is smaller than the American standard.
• Check-in is allowed from 3 pm until 10 pm.
• For safety reasons, we unfortunately do not accept children under the age of 3.
• All bedrooms are equipped with a safe.
• Let us know if you would like to arrange for airport transportation or golf cart pick-up once you arrive in Sayulita.
• Housekeeping services are not available; however, an end-of-stay cleaning will be provided after check-out.
• Air-conditioning is not available in the living area, only in the bedrooms.
• To get to Florence Sayulita from the main plaza, you must walk up a hill that is at a 40-degree incline and is 60m long.
• Please note: there is no elevator in the complex
• Our shared saltwater pool is not heated.
• The shared pool is located in the middle of the complex. This unfortunately means it receives a minimum amount of sunlight during the winter months (Dec, Jan, and Feb).
We believe in the importance of communicating upfront the realities of staying in a tropical part of Mexico. The items below may occur during your stay, although they are usually very rare. Some are specific to Florence Sayulita while others are more general for this part of Mexico.
• The Internet can be spotty due to limitations with the local Internet Service Provider. If the internet is crucial for your stay, we recommend having a hotspot backup.
• Power disruptions are rare, but may occur. During disruptions, water pressure may be impacted.
• Sayulita is home to lots of wildlife and insects! During your time in Sayulita, you may encounter lizards, geckos, mosquitoes, scorpions, roosters, and stray cats and dogs.
• Sayulita is a growing community with new buildings and infrastructure going up. Construction noise may be heard around town.
• During the dry months, dust buildup can occur quickly.
• We could run out of water; if this happens, we order more as soon as possible to fill the water tank.
• Please note we retain the right to refuse entry or charge extra occupancy fees if guests fail to disclose all occupants staying at our property or if minimum age requirements are not met.

We had a lovely time! The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. It was great to have ensuites for each bathroom, as we travelled with all girls, so it was easy to get ready each day without having to share too much mirror space etc. The pool was beautiful but small and very cold. The pool never gets any sunlight so we didn’t end up hanging around. There are some very beautiful beaches close by, so that was not an issue for us. The property managers should consider putting in a rooftop pool. The rooftop patio was stunning! A pool up there would make the place next level fabulous!Check in was smooth. It would have been nice if the property manager reached out the day before, but I had to reach out to find out how/where to check in etc. he was very friendly and responded quickly to all questions.

We came to Sayulita for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay at the Florence. The walk up the street is a good work out but getting a golf cart was a nice choice. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the patio on top was great on breezy cool evenings. From the top patio we saw many parrots flying from tree to tree, they were a noisy bunch and very cute. Great accommodations!

We use VRBO a lot and I think we paid a premium as part of our trip overlapped with Holy Week, so found myself slightly disappointed. We loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and showers were very nice with good water pressure. Awesome that we could all take a shower when we got back from the beach each day. Our dishwasher didn't work and Tony was great to try to fix it and when he couldn't he sent us someone to clean the dishes, but I felt bad asking for it every time we needed dishes cleaned. The dressers fall over if you have more than one drawer open, the linens and furniture could all use a refresh/maintenance. Again, I know it never looks as good as the pictures, but just a cumulation of a bunch of things. Set your expectations a little lower and you'll enjoy.
