About this villa rental
This cosy holiday home offers warmth for the whole family. It is situated at a plot of 10.000 m² and is surrounded with old oaks and olive trees. It is an old building renovated in the traditional style of Andalusia. Traditional elements are the wooden beams, the terracotta floors and the wrought iron fences. The combination of traditional elements with comfortable furniture creates a perfect harmony which gives the house a warm and hospitable feeling.
The holiday home has three two person bedrooms . Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is equipped for 6 persons and can be heated through a gasoil radiator. The house has satellite television, DVD player, dishwasher, freezer and a children´s bed.
It is wonderful to spend the evening in front of the fireplace and to enjoy a relaxed night with a good glass of the local wines. Andalusia is especially known for its sweet wines. During the summer there is nothing better than seeing the stars from the terrace. Right next to the terrace there is an old olive tree surrounded with flowers. The terrace has an amazing view.
If you wish an extra cleaning during your stay, it´s posible for an extra charge of €30,-

A cute and nice little house, functional and tastefully decorated, nested in the hills above Los Nogales. A nice feeling of peace, serenity and calm in a remote location, alone in olive tree hills. Nice views and delicious garden and pool... Relaxation guaranteed and an overall very pleasant setting. Super service from the host-hotel team, always ready to help and providing all necessary items and support on any issues.
Just a few points to note: the surrounding hills host a number of farms, goat farms and herds etc... Consequently there are many flies around.... just about a little bit too many... Water is not good, very chalky, undrinkable and leaving a dry whitish layer on your skin after showers. Considering the remoteness of the house, plan your water supplies well! Unfortunately also leaks and humidity damages in the house during our stay.
An overall nice stay but a few small inconveniences.

Heerijke rustige privé omgeving, vanwaar je toch wel op korte afstand de drukte kan opzoeken of bezienswaardigheden vinden als je daar behoefte aan hebt. Huis wat zich ook heel goed leent om te vertoeven met een 3-tal stelletjes, elk ruime slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer.

"Fantastisch huis met veel ruimte zowel in als om het huis. Zelfs met minder weer heb je een fijne ruimte om te verblijven. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is spectaculair. Het zwembad heerlijk. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis om naar Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla en het natuurgebied El Torcal te gaan. Ook het stadje Antequera (dichtsbijzijnde stad) is erg charmant. Na een intensieve dag in een grote stad, namen wij een rustdag bij het zwembad. Een ideale combinatie voor ons gezin met kinderen van 9 en 12 jaar. Bij aankomst stonden overal verse bloemen en stond er een mand met boodschappen. We voelden ons op deze manier heel welkom. Dit huis is aan te bevelen als typisch Spaans huis in een zeer rustige omgeving wat een goede uitvalsbasis vormt om de steden in Andalusie te bezoeken."

c'est une réservation pour être isolé du bruit et des gens, pour cela c'est une réussite la personne qui entretien la maison et le jardin a été agréable et serviable. laituation de la maison a vraiment répondu à ce que je cherchais
