About this villa rental
Holiday home on the outskirts of Adra, province of Almeria, Andalucia.
This fabulous holiday home ensures a relaxing stay for a family of eight people, who will enjoy the quietness of the environment, the breathtaking sea views and closeness to the most fabulous beaches of the Almerian Coast (thus including Cabo de Gata Natural Park).
The white-and-blue decoration of both the indoor and outdoor areas of the house provides authentic maritime vibes, typical of the coast towns and beachfront houses. Inside, you will find a cosy living area, provided with comfortable sofas, a TV, a massive fireplace and a lovely galley corner. While in this room, you will also have the chance of enjoying the stunning panorama. A dining room is separated from the living area and kitchen by a column. The rest of the indoors features four comfortable bedrooms: two are equipped with a double bed each, and two rely on two twin beds each. A bathroom with a shower is also available inside the house.
The house runs on solar energy, and it's provided with fans.
The spectacular outdoor area lets you make the most of the sea views and the quietness of the surrounding landscape. In the porch, you can choose to sit around the chill-out area or relax on the hammock. The patio, on the other hand, is provided with a lovely pergola, where an area for "al fresco" dining is located, and the fabulous private pool, whose colour mixes with the blue of the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. Lastly, a toilet is also available outside the house.
The access to the holiday home is possible via a 250-mt dirt track, that connects the property with the N-340 road. This allows you and your family to enjoy day trips to the splendid beaches of the coast, the towns of Pozuelo and La Rabita, and even Almeria, as well as have at hand all the facilities and services provided in the nearby village of Adra.

Erg mooi huisje dat uitkijkt over de zee. Je hoort de golven. Heerlijk zwembad. Ondanks dat het huisje tussen de snelweg en een 80 km weg in zit (op een steile helling) is het toch heel rustig en hoor je nauwelijks verkeerslawaai. Stroom wordt met zonnepanelen opgewekt, dus erg groen.

Een heerlijk arendsnest, om je heel even te onttrekken aan de dagelijkse drukte.
Aandacht voor je familie, gedachten die tot rust komen. Geweldige zitjes rondom het hele huis, fenomenaal uitzicht, bbq en zwembad. . Het huis is basic ( geen afwasmachine, geen airco,), maar je leeft buiten.
