Great location and spacious!
Apartment was outdated, kitchen was not inviting to cook a meal, and bathroom light was out (which we couldn’t use at night).

John was such a nice and accommodating host. This is a great apartment if you’re looking for space both inside and out on the balconies, and it’s in one of the best areas of Athens for food and beach access. We went to a different beach every day, and parking was always possible right outside the apartment. The bakeries around are great for breakfast and make sure to go to Masati for Greek food in the platia. It’s close enough to the beaches for a walkable dip, and there is easy parking by all the beaches after a quick drive. The independent bedroom air conditionings were fantastic, and it was great to have the washing machine and balcony to dry clothes. We hope to be back - enjoy your stay if you can get John’s apartment!

A lovely apartment. Light filled, spacious and enjoyable. Good location.
Helpful would have been:
Basic instructions on how to deal with garbage and recycling.
A basic welcome pack - waters, fruit
Extra garbage bags, toilet paper;
Local map and local information
Beds were hard

This was an apartment, not a hotel so we made our own brerakfast. We liked the area which was safe and close to shops and many good restaurants and relatively close to beaches. The apartment was well equipped and furnished and had fantastic and big terraces. Definitely recommendable.
If we are going to say anything here the beds could possibly have been a bit softer.
