About this villa rental
Holiday home on the outskirts of Archidona, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This authentic country house features a unique decor, which is typical of the big holiday homes of the Andalusian countryside. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds let a group of up to 20 people relax and spend the most unforgettable holiday here. The house is distributed on two floors, both decorated with wooden furniture, brick details and a general cosy ambience.
On the ground floor, you will find an enormous living space, which is equipped with comfortable sofas and several dining tables: here, the whole family can gather and make the most of delicious meals and each other's company. On this floor, a fully equipped kitchen is also provided, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the remaining eight bedrooms are found upstairs, and all of them are provided with an en-suite.
Central heating is provided in the whole house.
The outdoor area welcomes a spacious porch with a table for dining al fresco, opening onto a huge patio. The pool area is separated from the courtyard by a fence. Here, you will find a small grassed area with olive trees, sun loungers for a relaxing siesta in the sunshine, and a fabulous private pool, which is perfect for refreshing when the temperatures rise. The panoramic views of the surrounding fields are the cherry on top.

A great location to explore Andalusia. A lovely rustic home in the midst of olive groves. A well appointed kitchen for preparing local gastronomy. A gracious, helpful, wonderful host! Ten Stars!

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos con niños. Los salones son amplios, al igual que la cocina, por lo que en caso de lluvia se puede estar perfectamente bien y cómodos. Situada en medio del campo pero muy cerca del pueblo de Archidona, a unos 2 km. Luis es muy amable y servicial estuvimos como en casa.

The 150 year old farm house is set in 20 ha of olive groves below the ancient town of Archidona which is 5 minutes by car . The house has good bedrooms with ensuite showers and a large living space downstairs. We generally ate by the pool (20 people) which also had a lovey lounge area. The pool was kept in good condition and great for the children to play in. The local supermarkets in Archidona met all our needs but there were large ones ( Carrefour/ Lidl) in Antequera. Local restaurants also offered a delivery service. The location is very quiet and we enjoyed a lovely family holiday with 14 adults and 7 children. Maria was a superb host and ensured we had all we asked for including draft keg beer by the pool.
