About this villa rental

Villa situated in a marvellous landscape, in the town of Alozaina, in the region of Sierra de las Nieves, province of Malaga, Andalusia.

Its location on the top of a hill offers impressive panoramic views over the Sierra de las Nieves and the Guadalhorce Valley, which are able to stimulate your imagination, so that you will feel like being a part of this natural environment and forget the daily bustle, at least for some days.

The holiday home’s interior structure is characterised by wooden and Stone materials, which grant a rustic touch to the already modern environment. It can welcome up to four people, in its two bedrooms with two double beds each. You will also have at your disposal a bathroom with shower and an extra toilet, in addition to a dining-living room with fireplace and a completely equipped open kitchen.

The outside area is provided with a welcoming private swimming pool, a solarium and a huge covered terrace with barbecue, where you and your family can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

The access’s last 150 meters are a dirt track.

We had a wonderful holiday here. Despite my appalling lack of Spanish, the owner and his daughter were welcoming, friendly and helpful - we made good use of Google translate! The house itself was absolutely perfect for us. Well-equipped, comfortable and a beautiful, peaceful location. We enjoy going to new places and so we don’t normally return to any location, however, we would very happily come back here. We definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay - many thanks!

The house is nice, really clean and the view amazing. The stairs are not suitable for children or elderly person. The place is a bit far from everything (45 min up to 1hour for the seaside or ronda and mijas) but depending on what holidays you are looking for it can be enjoyable.

the house is very very clean, it has spectacular views, very nice porch and terrace, very quiet neighbourhood, total privacy (very important for us!), pool is on a perfect location (on 1 side you have shade, on the other side plenty of sun). Village is close by (you can go by feet, about 20 minutes walking), very cheap and lovely day menus in the village. Alozaina is also a beautiful mountain village, a very clean village too. You have everything for your daily stuff. It's about less then 1 hour from airport Malaga, Marbella, Ronda, Benalmadena...very good strategic location.Juan (the owner of this house), gives you good suggestions and recommendations of the surroundings. He is also very reachable. We will definitely come back to this lovely, lovely house !

This little house is perfect if you want to get away and relax, the only sounds you hear are the birds and crickets. The views are incredible and the breeze that blows is a welcome relief from the hot sun. The pool is kept incredibly clean by Juan the owner who was very helpful.It’s just outside the village which has everything you need, fuel station, supermarket, several shops ( we kept finding more each time we went into the village);including bakery, fish shop and butchers. There are several bars and restaurants which serve good food at reasonable prices, our favourite being Bar Nuevo who do an excellent bacon and cheese roll at breakfast. The owner does speak English and is very welcoming and helpful. There is Pizza Maleni just through the arch in the village that do fab pizzas, all made fresh in front of you but they are very busy. All in all a fabulous holiday. Thanks Juan for our stay in your lovely house.

Perched like a classical temple overlooking the Andalucian countryside this holiday home is like no

Perched like a classical temple overlooking the Andalucian countryside this holiday home is like no other place I have ever been to. Aired by gentle cooling breezes, yet bathed in sunshine from dawn till dusk, you can wander the terrace as you wish, seeking sun or shade, the pool or the external seating area. Ideal for alfresco meals or an evening glass of wine overlooking the winding lanes and tracks that give access to acres and acres of olive trees or the occasional farm building perched on the other side of the valley Inside it was immaculately clean meaning that, among other things, I did not see a single insect inside the house. The marbled paved terrace was also immaculate. The poolside shower was really appreciated and the additional sink near the barbecue. Everything seemed to have been well thought out. I could not fault this place. It may just be the best holiday I’ve ever experienced. I intend to book again in the very near future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and quiet.

We stayed for a week and what a week, breakfast when the sun was rising and lightening up Sierra de las Nieves, relaxing by the pool, in the evening, enjoying good food from the barbecue with a great local wine and amazing sunset. We should have been there for 2 weeks. :) The house is very well equipped with all you need, and surpricingly fast WIFI. The owners, Juan and Sandra was very accommodating and friendly. The white village Alozaina is only few minutes away with good supermarket, small shops and restaurants in the main street and very friendly inhabitants. Unfortunately the church was closed during our visit, but its worth to walk up to the garden beside the church and enjoy the great view over the city and surrounding area. Visit nearby villages is highly recommended.

We loved the location and the views from the amazing outdoor space and the swimming pool was perfect. The villa was of a very high quality with pretty much everything you would need. Alozania is only a short drive away with a decent supermarket and a petrol station selling the charcoal for the BBQ. The hosts, Juan and Sandra were very friendly and accommodating. Sitting out until midnight every night, listening to the symphony of goats across the valley and the cacophony of crickets, whilst drinking the lovely wine and eating from the BBQ made for a very relaxing and perfect getaway. We would definitely recommend, Bev & Andrew

Wir haben zwei Wochen auf diesem tollen Anwesen verbringen dürfen und haben jede Minute genossen. Das Haus selbst besteht aus zwei Etagen, wobei die obere nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Das Zimmer oben haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt, da wir unten alles hatten was wir brauchten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist eher rustikal aber gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns (und unserer 8 Monate alten Tochter) die riesige Terrasse, auf der wir eigentlich unsere ganze Zeit verbracht haben. Der Ausblick ist der Hammer, Naturliebhaber kommen voll auf ihre Kosten! Auch den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt - er wurde sogar zwei mal die Woche gereinigt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, da das Haus nur über einen unbefestigten, sehr steilen Weg zu erreichen ist. (Dabei handelt es sich aber nur um die letzten 300 Meter). Die Vermieter waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen gab es innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort. Das Haus selbst liegt etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft, man ist aber mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im Ortskern, der beispielsweise einen Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle hat. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen - wer ein paar ruhige Tage in der Natur verbringen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig!

The only slight negatives (and they are very slight!) is the unmade road to the property is actually pretty steep so whilst our 1.2L Polo did manage the hill every time in first gear, it was a bit touch and go. So, if you're a nervous driver I'd recommend a 4x4 or something with a bit more power than we had. The other thing was that it was extremely windy for 3 days. We may just have been unlucky, but because of the awesome location the wind tends to whip around the house and there was very few places to hide, although we did discover that the beautiful garden proved a welcome respite! All in all - we loved it. Even the challenging road! Thanks so much for our stay - the villa was wonderful and Juan and his wife were lovely, accomodating and made us feel very welcome.

Alozaina is high in the Sierra nieves, which is very beautiful. Be prepared, if you want to visit Granada, Seville, Gibraltar, Cordaba for quite a long trip, but they are all worth it. The owners are very helpful. We managed to communicate via a phone app. All in all a great little villa which we really recomend

Het is een plaatje, mooi huisje, goed verzorgd en schoon, met alles erop en aan, gelegen in een valei met prachtig uitzicht op de lijfbomen, grazende schapen met bellen hoorde je de hele dag onder in de valei. Heerlijk schoon zwembad. We zijn heerlijk uitgerust. Echt een aanrader als je geen drukte wilt, bewoonde wereld is +- 2kilometer, auto is aanrader. Dorpje is idyllisch, bewoners heel vriendelijk, paar gezellige barretjes en restaurants. Vooral Bar Central.

Nous qui voyageons dans le monde entier, sachez que cette villa est pour nous un véritable coup de coeur. Nous y retournerons. Seul bémol à l'arrivée pour la remise des clefs. Les mails envoyés par Ruralidays sont quelque peu contradictoires. Nous avons attendu prés de deux heures au point de rencontre. Un mail disait que le propriétaire était au courant de l'heure de notre arrivée et devait venir nous chercher, et un second stipulait que nous devions le contacter ce que nous avons fait mais attention, tout le monde n'a pas de portable qui passe à l'international. Cela peut poser quelques désagrements dont je suis sûr vous allez y remédier. Au delà de cela, Ruralidays est une entreprise sérieuse que je recommande vivement.

El sitio es precioso, las vistas extraordinarias, la casa perfectamente limpia, la orientacion inmejorable, por el dia daba sol a la piscina, a la hora de comer estuvimos en la terraza con sombra.
