About this villa rental
VILLA JELENA is comfortable accommodation for 7 people in 3 bedrooms; it offers a private 28 sqm pool with hydro massage and Finnish sauna. The Villa offers a huge grass plot with a Badminton net, ping pong table, and much space for your youngest, fully fenced. Located in less than 10 min drive to pebble and sandy beach, restaurants, the town Omiš, Cetina River, and in walking distance to the small traditional restaurant Palacio in the village Naklice (only 200m).
GROUND FLOOR: Private swimming pool 8m*3,5m *1,6m with hydro massage, the water is with the no-chlorine system, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, two dining areas, a playground with a swing, and another grass plot with badminton net. From this area, you can reach your private, rustically, and fully equipped summer kitchen and traditional barbecue, TV, Radio with USB connection, and a comfortable dining area. Here you can take a break from the sun, as it is always nice and cool here. The ground floor also offers a Finnish Sauna, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. There is an outdoor barbecue next to the spacious covered dining area. The outdoor area is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and typical Dalmatian pine trees. You have a private parking plot for 4 cars.
UPPER GROUND FLOOR level: a modern living area with TV, free WiFi, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, air-conditioning, a family bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine. There is also a huge, covered terrace with outdoor, comfortable furniture, table soccer, and a great view of the green nature. Here you can enjoy the evenings with a glass of Dalmatian “vino”.
On the FIRST FLOOR are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom No.1 with double bed (160cm x 200cm) and balcony, Bedroom No.2 with double bed (160cm x 200cm) and exit to terrace; Bedroom No.3 with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and exit to terrace; a Media Room with TV, PS4, A/C, a convertible sofa for one person and exit to terrace. There is also a Family Bathroom with a shower. Bedrooms No.2 and No.3, and the Media room have an exit to the huge terrace with furniture for relaxing. Enjoy the sunsets or the mornings surrounded by Mediterranean plants and the of birds.

This is a lovely Villa situated in the hills outside of Omiš, the host was very helpful as we arrived later than planned and was there to greet us and settle us in, even providing some fresh food and drink for us after a long journey. The Villa had everything we needed and the Host was in contact to ensure we had a great stay. The whole stay was very relaxing and the check out process very easy.

This villa is gorgeous, it matches the photos perfectly. It has a very well equipped kitchen and is spacious. It is in a great location for visiting Omiš (10 min drive - 50 min walk downhill!) and Split (25 min drive), we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa for your trip to Croatia.

We had a brilliant few days here, but wished it was longer.
The location outside Omis is beautiful. Surrounding mountains and farmland make for so much peace.
Loads of towels and bedding, a really well layed out kitchen (with all utensils and a toasted sandwich machine!) with 2 great balconies, including ping pong table too.
The host was amazing, meeting g us there (even when we were late) , showing us around and then giving us extra info all through our stay.

Es war alles durchweg positiv und perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir von den Gastgebern eine totale Herzlichkeit zu spüren bekommen! Es gab Getränke im Kühlschrank, Wein, einheimischen Käse und Schinken (der beim Einkauf nicht gerade günstig ist ;-)), Brot, Tomaten und und und... Wir haben in Kroatien schon mehrfach Häuser angemietet. So etwas hatten wir noch nie! Das Haus ist klasse! Wir haben bei dem Bauern vor der Haustür direkt eine Bestellung "in Auftrag gegeben". Dieser blieferte uns mit frischen Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Tomaten, Pfirsichen, Pflaumen und Eiern. Es stand alles gepackt zur Wunschzeit vor der Tür. Klasse. Haben einiges mit nach Deutschland genommen ;-)
Schlafzimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber absolut ausreichend. Es ist alles liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ich bin mir sicher, dass wir hier nicht zum letzten Mal gebucht haben. Nach 1 Woche Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel - auch das haben wir noch nicht erlebt in Ferienhäusern.
In der Küche waren Küchenrolle, Schwämme, Cappuccino, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer und einige Gewürze vorhanden. Ebenso Spülmittel, Seife und Tabs für die Spülmaschine.
Brot (kl. Bäckerei) und Lädchen befinden sich ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Ebenso Pizzeria und andere Kneipen. Wir haben 1x Pizza bestellt. War lecker!
Alles in allem: Klasse! Sehr nette Familie die immer für Wunsche und Anregungen zur Verfügung steht. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Haben sogar paar Tränchen vergossen. Haben uns sehr wohl und "wie zu Hause" gefühlt!
