About this villa rental
Holiday home on the outskirts of Ardales, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
The 25,000-sq-mt plot offers up to 13 people the possibility of unwinding in the countryside of the province of Malaga, just 7 km from the breathtaking Caminito del Rey. The quietness and calm provided ensure that the whole family can relax and make the most of their well-deserved holidays, also thanks to the full equipment of the outdoor space.
The well laid-out holiday home features a spacious living room. Here, all the family members can relax, thanks to the several seating areas, sofas and armchairs enveloped by a rustic ambience. The open kitchen, which shares space with the living room, is fully equipped. This way, you will be able to prepare some delicious dishes for you and your beloved ones. In the living space, there also is a fireplace (firewood available at an extra cost) and satellite TV with international channels.
In the villa, you will also find four bedrooms, where up to 13 people can relax and recharge their batteries. One bedroom is equipped with one double bed and an en-suite with a shower; two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. In the fourth bedroom, you will have a double bed, above which, a bunk bed is located; another bunk bed completes the layout of the room. A sofa bed for two people is located in the living room, and an extra bed can be placed in the hall leading to the bedrooms, thus this house sleeping 13. Another bathroom with a shower is available inside the house.
Two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with warm/cool air-con. Heating is provided throughout the house.
Outside, you will have full equipment at your disposal to make your holidays the most fun you have ever had. A covered leisure area features a football table, ping-pong tables, pool table for grown-ups and one thought for children, and some gym appliances, as well as board games. A massive illuminated sports court is also located in the plot, where you can play tennis, basketball, five-a-side football, and engage in fun games with your family.
When the temperatures rise, head to the salt-water private pool, surrounded by a well-maintained garden, shaded areas and a sledge. Last, but not least, the children's playground area, where the little ones can have fun in full safety. Two independent toilets complete the outdoor facilities.
The access to the holiday home, which is also provided with a private parking lot, is possible via a 1-km dirt track.

Fin de semana genial, zona de juegos e instalaciones para los niños de todo tipo, zona de barbacoa muy bien preparada y a la zona de la piscina no le falta ningún detalle. El interior de la casa muy bien distribuido con una terraza para desayunos y cenas perfecta. Muy recomendable para familias con peques. El propietario muy amable y siempre a disposición del cliente. Repetiremos.

Loved the swimming pool with slide + basket ball hoop, plus the BBQ area and all outside areas, the verandah and outside eating areas gives lots of nooks and crannies to read and relax, wifi was good too.

The property had 4 bedrooms two bathrooms but we could have had another property for cheaper with the same bedrooms bathrooms but chose this for the facilities ..pool table torn lopsided and covered in marks trampoline unsafe the slide into the pool on the photo is not the slide provided it is a small slide broken steps and duct tape in the middle to cover a crack play area over round with grass and all broken and faded gazebo no cover on it or curtains like in the photo these photos are obviously from a few years ago the facilities need to be all replaced as this is their selling point if I had seen reviews like my own I would never have booked we made the most of our holiday but would not recommend staying at this property
