Villa Anatoli - Cape Greco

The house is located in a closed compound which ensures a maximum on privacy. There is enough parking space in the nicely decorated outside area. The house itself comes with all comfort, starting with an outside shower, fully equipped kitchen even including one of the freddo cappuccino mixers, spacious and comfortable lounge, cozy bedrooms upstairs and bathroom, as well as guest toilet. The pool area has a nice nature stone patio and comfortable sunbeds and a pool which should also be fine for children as it has flat sectors. Located between Cape Greco national park including Turtle Bay and Protaras provides both, quietness as well as easy access to nature, beaches and all sorts of restaurants, shopping and cocktail bars. We couldn’t think of anything that was missed during our four weeks stay. What makes this place even more special though is the host Kallia who feels to be approachable 24/7. She’s such a kind and attending person who does actually permanently care about her guests having a nice time. So if you look for something in the Protaras area, you should definitely consider to stay here.

A lovely villa in a quiet gated neighbourhood, very easy to access the nature trails across the road and the clear waters nearby for snorkelling and swimming. Konnos bay is within walking distance which on this occasion we didn’t visit as we’ve been before, we preferred it a little quieter and used the rock with the pontoon to the left of the nature trail. We were very lucky to snorkel with turtles from here. Kallia the host is fantastic at communicating and the small touches of some food and drink left for us was appreciated after a late flight. The villa is clean, comfy, spacious with a private drive for a rented car which is needed for travelling to either ayia napa or Protaras centres nearby. The villa sits inbetween both. The villa is fully equipped, towels and pool towels provided, hand dryers, straighteners, pool toys everything has been thought about which was appreciated. We would definitely return to Villa Anatoli.

The only tiny issue we had was the shower screen allowing water to run out onto the floor so just be careful when using the shower or place a towel to soak it up.

Villa très sympathique, qui a tout pour plaire ! Emplacement idéal : la mer et la plage sont au bout de la rue ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances les pieds en éventail ! La propriétaire est à l'ecoute et est très accueillante !

nice location, nice house, enough space

needs improvement, kitchen needs better equipment, lampshades over the bulbs would be nice, no reading lights at the bed, outside area needs more attention, only 3 sunbeds, barbecue so old and rusty, moldy sunshades, wifi not good, it is not working upstairs
