Alles - die herzliche Begrüßung, die Räumlichkeiten und der perfekte Standort - kurz über die verkehrsarme Straße gehen und hinein in die Ostsee - die Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist super herzlich und hat immer einen Tipp zu Unternehmungen parat.

Super ausgezeichnete Lage. Wir waren über Sylvester dort und hatten über die ganze Bucht Feuerwerk. Besser geht nicht. Man ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Min im Hafen und der Innenstadt. Einfach traumhaft.
Wenn man keinen Neubau erwartet ist man in der Villa genau richtig. Ich habe nichts zu meckern gefunden. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist nur das Bad, das es in einer Mitteletage liegt. Aber auch das problemlos.
