Estaba limpio, y tenía los utensilios justitos para dos personas.

El acceso al portal, necesita una adecuación urgente, con ese acceso no tendria que tener permiso de habitabilidad.

Apartment is very atractive and clean, all staffs inside very usuful, there is all you actually need. It was real plaisure to stay on the apartment, excellent location, walking diatance to everithing and with the ocean view from the balcony, the host very responsive and kind.I kindly recommend it to ijoy tour Las Palmas stay. 🤩

Everithing was exceptional specially the bed, very comfortable , except the pilows

Great location, 2 minutes from the beach. Comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. It has a coffee machine. Supermarket 12min walking as well a shopping center.

Apto was not ready at the check-in time. No toiletries available, no a/c or fan, very warm. I got a fan after days. Electricity issues, you can't use stopoven and the kettle, for example. No olive oil or salt or pepper for cooking, neither coffee. You can hear the neighbours (microwave and washing machine) but not really loud, however the cleaner can be really loud while cleaning the other apartment...really noisy. Bars and people can be noisy night time if you keep the door opened and if you close it, you roste. Make you u get a fan.

Zentrale Lage

Trotz Ankündigung in der Beschreibung gab es in den 21 Tagen keinen Lift; bisher hat sich der Vermieter nicht auf eine Mietminderung eingelassen. Mit 73 Jahren mußte ich mich mehrfach am Tag in die 4. Etage quälen. Im Haus war jedoch eine Baustelle mit Lärm und viel Staub bis in das Appartement.
