About this apartment rental
Beautiful, unique 1500 SQ FT apartment in the heart of Hyde Park. Neighborhood is comprised of homes and mansions built by lumber barons and industrialists in the early 1900's. This 108 year old space provides comfort and necessities in a convenient location to everything. The Plaza, Crown Center, Downtown all within 5 to 10 minutes away. Large living room with hardwoods, fireplace, and even a grand piano. 55" smart TV with Youtube TV, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. Free WiFi. Fully stocked galley kitchen. Granite counter-tops with gas stove/oven. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig or brewed. There is a washer and dryer inside the apartment for your convenience. Large master bedroom with king size sleigh bed, wardrobe, quality mattress, and 50" Smart TV with Youtube TV. Second bedroom has new queen size bed, smart TV, and nice sized closet. The apartment features a brand new bathroom with walk in shower. Private keypad entrance, and ample parking on quiet street in front of home. Easy access to interstate system for travel to Arrowhead/Royals Stadiums. Completely furnished, a delightful apartment in a quiet, safe, historic residential neighborhood. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, or up to three persons, this is your home away from home.

*Ample parking directly in front of home on quiet street.
*Check in time anytime after 4:00 pm, check out by 11 am. Most guests prefer to let themselves in using the keypad system, however, we can be available upon request and am always available via text message or phone call should questions arise. We occupy the main house and are usually always on property.
*Housekeeping available for extended stays (extra fee)
*No Smoking
*Not responsible for any accidents that happen on property
*No unregistered guests without prior approval
*As there are other older adults that live in the home, no children under the age of 13 are allowed. (13-17)

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The neighborhood was stunning and quiet and made for a lovely atmosphere. The property was clean and well stocked with supplies for a weekend away. The host was kind and quick to respond to questions and was very thoughtful in providing extra items to help us enjoy our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was elegant and comfortable. The host, Bill, was very accommodating and friendly, I even had a bottle of wine welcoming us to KC waiting, nice touch!! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The property and the neighborhood were perfect for what we like. Old neighborhood with character. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Westport and the Plaza. As great as the Apartment was, Bill the host just blew us away with all the amenities and quality of everything inside. First we were greeted with a personalized sign welcoming my wife and I to Kc, along with a bottle of wine. The beds, bedding, pillows were the best we have experienced at a VRBO. Tvs in all the rooms was nice. TV trays if you wanted to watch tv in the living room and eat which we took advantage of. 2 different coffee makers depending on what you like, coffee bar with all the fixings to go with it, even had to go coffee cups if you needed one on the run. In the bathroom was a nicely redone shower with plenty of room, lighted mirror which my wife really appreciated for doing her makeup, makeup remover wipes, several hand soaps, and the best linens we have ever experienced at a VRBO. We seriously struggled to think of anything that Bill could have provided, or done differently to make this experience any better. When we are back in Kc we will definitely look Bill up again for his spot!!
