Espacioso y con todo lo necesario.
Con el calor que hace en Murcia, es necesario que haya aire acondicionado.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza, el tamaño del salón y de los armarios, también el sitio que hay para colocar las cosas en uno de los baños, cocina totalmente equipada, sofás cómodos. Los colchones parecen buenos (aunque para nuestro gusto personal preferimos más duros). Facilidades para recoger las llaves. Tal vez necesitara una modernización pero he de decir que repetiríamos. Nos sentimos cómodos.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue el tamaño de la habitación pequeña para dos camas, el no haber dejado un rollo de papel wc extra y que algunas piezas de la vajilla estaban sucios (restos)
