Sehr gute Lage, geräumig, problemloses Einchecken
Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt, Taubenplage im Innenhof, Leider kein Schirm auf dem Balkon, sodass dieser bei Regen nicht genutzt werden kann, keine Sitzkissen für die Außenmöbel, Balkonmöbel erneuerungsbedürftig, durch Efeu immer wieder Wanzen im Bad bei geöffnetem Fenster, mussten das Auto mehrfach umparken, wegen wechselnder Parkverbote. 4. Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug - muss man mit Gepäck beachten.

Die Lage ist toll
Der Balkon war voller Taubenkot - also auch großflächiger. Couch ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war ehrlicherweise nicht so bequem.

Warm Touches & Comfort: Booked this last minute for a spontaneous family break before heading home, and the flat genuinely felt like home. Having morning coffee and milk provided was a wonderful touch.
Amenities & Location: Great location with a fully equipped apartment, including Netflix for the kids.
Convenience & Accessibility: The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. I especially appreciated learning that they support people with disabilities, which is a big reason I gave a higher rating for this section.
Communication & Hospitality: The team’s communication felt cold and purely automated—messages lacked simple greetings like "hello," and no one answered the phone when I called around 20:30. When I politely asked for a bit extra time beyond the early 10:00 AM checkout, I received a blunt four-word reply: "check out at 10:00 Uhr."
Building & Safety: The building appears to need maintenance, and there is no elevator. The stairs were tricky and caused anxiety, especially traveling with a 1-year-old and an 8-year-old.
Environment: Opening the windows in the morning brought in a heavy smoke smell from outside around 6:00 AM, which woke us up.

Nähe zum Zentrum. Gute Austattung und Größe der Wohnung.
Wir waren da als Minusgrade in Erfurt waren.
Die Wohnung war total ausgekühlt und es hat sehr lange gedauert bis die Räume eine Wohlfühltemperatur hatten. Mit einem 6 Monate alten Baby war das wirklich problematisch.
