Nice and spacious apartment located right in the Isla Canela golf course, in a very well-maintained urbanisation just 2 km from the beach and 2.5 km from the attractive town of Ayamonte.
Fully equipped with careful decoration, the apartment is on the ground floor with very comfortable access from the parking area. It has a spacious furnished terrace-porch with views of hole 8 of the golf course (only separated by a 1 m high hedge).
It has two spacious exterior bedrooms. The main bedroom, with access to the porch, has a double bed and features a spacious en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with two beds also has access to a small porch from which you can access the urbanisation and the swimming pool. The apartment has a second full bathroom of the same size as the main one.
Built-in wardrobes equipped in both bedrooms and in the common area.

Ubicación excelente, tiene de todo, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y en el salón, pequeño jardín, piscina privada de la urbanización, muy tranquilo con parking propio.
lo único mejorable es que la piscina cierre un poco más tarde en el més de junio, ya que no abre por la mañana y luego por la tarde cierra a las 19

Nos ha gustado mucho la zona, muy tranquila y familiar. Del apartamento también destacar la planta baja con el jardín, que para los niños es una maravilla. Lo espaciosa que es la casa y bien cuidado que está.
Simplemente mejorar el mantenimiento de los electrodomésticos. Lavadora no funcionaba bien. Lavavajillas si sal, ni abrillantador, cafetera, llave del mando.
