About this house rental
The Andalusian-style holiday home 'Nido alegre' is located in the small village of Pago del humo, near Chiclana de la Frontera. The 'Nido' has upscale amenities with spacious rooms. There are 3 double bedrooms (extra bed available), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area with open fireplace and air conditioning. Outside there are 3 terraces, outdoor kitchen (with fridge and freezer, gas stove, gas grill, sink), sun terrace with sun loungers, private pool (8 x 4 m), Finnish sauna with wood stove. The plot is 6000 square meters with many Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. On the same property there are 2 other houses, both are far away, privacy is guaranteed. The landlord lives in one of the houses and is always available for questions. The house is located about 50 km from the nearest airport Jerez, very easy to reach on the highway, only the last 200 m you have to drive on a dirt road. In the village there are several restaurants, a small food market and a pharmacy. The extensive, sandy beach is about 9 km away from the house.

Excellent villa - exactly as advertised. Plenty of room with all the necessary kitchen equipment. Outside space was great with a fantastic pool and plenty of loungers. Well located for the beach, Cadiz and Jerez. Easy communication with Astrid. We had a great week and would happily stay again.

Hemos tenido muy buena estancia en la casa. Los propietarios están cerca en la misma finca, pero en ningún momento nos hemos sentido incómodos. Al contrario, hemos estado muy a gusto, tranquilos y con libertad. Astrid y Richard son 2 personas muy accesibles y agradables. La ubicación queda un poco alejada y es necesario tener coche para desplazarse, pero ha valido la pena la experiencia. Nos fuimos muy satisfechos y agradecidos por su humanidad y humildad.

Ha sido una estancia perfecta, apartado del jaleo de Chiclana, pero cerca de las carreteras a la playa. Dueños súper amables!
