The apartment is modern, clean, has a free washing machine and dryer (this is convenient for the hotel, the hotel costs money to rent laundry)
easy check in, enough kitchen utensils to cook.
There is a parking space for motorbikes and cars
This one is also very crowded
The owner and staff are very enthusiastic to guide and help

The room has 24/24h accessibility, sufficient facilities, comfy couch, good light and quiet neighborhood. Security man is friendly and helpful. Good location and we feel safe inside the property. Excellent.
The bed was smelling like bleach, specially the pillows. It kind of affects the comfort of the stay. The alley is a bit small, car can't get in but I don't mind.
