Room and view was stunning! Only thing that was a disappointment was that the air does not work in either bedroom so you had to leave doors open to get airflow which meant no privacy.
Most of our problems were with the resort itself. The staff doesn’t follow through what what they say they will do (ie calling when room ready, making reservations, rules that aren’t listed that they don’t disclose). Some of the restaurants were completely inedible, especially Bella California. If you do the meal plan (def not worth it), be sure to keep copies of your receipts as they do not give you a detailed invoice at the end of your stay. They tried charging us for a lot of things that were included and then expected me to go to each place it happened to fix their mistake.
