INTRODUCING BADGER BEACH

Badger Beach is a luxury-style three-bedroom home with exquisite views of the Gulf! Sleeping up to eight guests, this home is conveniently located on the East end of Sanibel, only a short walk to the beach, 0.4 miles from the Lighthouse Café and only 0.9 miles from the Sanibel Lighthouse and Fishing Pier. Badger Beach is rented by the month and has plenty of home features to make the entire family feel like they’re on an island oasis.

HOME FEATURES

This home offers an elegant tropical feel with a country touch and is considered one of our chicest styled homes on Sanibel. Besides the views, Badger Beach features a private heated pool/spa (heat is an additional $300 for pool and spa- must request at the time of booking) and private dock (not for boat use) on the canal, truly allowing you to enjoy a luxury-style vacation.



As you walk up the stairs to the main living room, you’ll notice the breathtaking views of the Gulf and the openness of the home with large cathedral ceilings. The living room has comfortable seating for the whole family and features a Smart TV, which can also be seen from the dining and kitchen area. The dining table can sit up to eight guests and looks out towards the Gulf, giving you a picturesque view from the expansive windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and has plenty of room to prepare a home-cooked meal. Step out from the dining and kitchen area to your screened-in porch overlooking the pool and hot tub. Whether you’re a fisherman, a beach bum, or a pool lounger, this home has everything you need to make your month or longer stay unforgettable.



The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed and has a private balcony that looks out to the Gulf and is perfect for sunbathing. It is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first bedroom features another queen-sized bed and also has its own private patio. The second guest bedroom is equipped with one queen and one twin bed and has its own private balcony, looking out to the Gulf. As you walk to the landing area on the second floor there is another twin bed that can be set up for an additional guest.

This house and location are absolutely amazing! The house is even more beautiful in person than in pictures, the beach access was less than a five minute walk from the house, and the location was very accessible to the rest of the island. We also really enjoyed all the patios at the property offers, five in total! We did have some minor issues while staying there that were out of control of the property managers/owners but the property management company was extremely responsive and always addressed our concerns and ultimately reimbursed us for any issues. Everyone in my family absolutely enjoyed our month-long stay and would 100% rent this property again.

We had a wonderful vacation experience The staff at SCVR were great to work with during the entire rental process from the reservation thru check out. They provided immediate attention to all issues during our stay. We have rented with other companies on Sanibel but SCVR was the best
