The property was beautiful, very clean and family friendly. Location was great, but there were many steps to get to the beach which proved to be tricky with small children. The rental company was very responsive to all of our needs. The only negative was the Wi-Fi was spotty and weak.

Great property! Awesome location, excellent communicative host, came with bikes and a few beach chair sets. My only regret is that the property is not yet listed or available me for rebookings next year, because we would definitely like to come back.

We just returned from 5 days at Water Sound. We could not have been more lucky with the perfect weather we had for mid March Spring Break. My husband and I hosted 6 teenagers (our own and some friends) at 73 S.Founders The house gave us plenty of space to gather together but also gave us plenty of room to get away from each other. The location of this house was ideal. We enjoyed biking to Brunos Pizza and The Hub for dinner. However, 3 of the 5 bikes were in pretty rough shape and should be replaced if they are advertised with the house. The use of the golf cart was great for getting to and from the Beach Club. Due to the Corona Virus we were only able to spend 2 days at the Beach Club before they had to close. We loved their friendly staff and delicious food. It is a definite perk to staying with 360 Blue.
