About this apartment rental
Migjorn Playa is a new and exciting ground floor apartment located on the seafront, just a few steps away from the idyllic sandy beach of Cala Galiota in Colonia San Jordi. With a practically unique location, as well as proximity to facilities of all kinds (restaurants, pharmacy, boat transfer service to Cabrera Island, bus stop, etc.), this property has just been completely renovated to the highest standards to provide a truly unforgettable holiday experience for up to 4 people. Sitting on the comfortable sofa or cooking while enjoying such a sensational view will be the experience of your life!
Inside, the apartment has been completely renovated in 2019, using the most modern appliances and techniques. At the front, there is a large sea-facing living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining area. The large patio doors offer clear views of the sea and the promenade, while the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances (including 4 hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in an adjacent utility room). There are 2 spacious and roomy bedrooms, all decorated in soft colours and with air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, while the bedroom with 2 single beds is located next to a family bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is available free of charge for our guests during set hours (between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
In addition to the cosy interiors, what makes this apartment a precious gem is undoubtedly the location. With a perfect sandy bay just a few steps away, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean, with the possibility of taking a boat to the virgin island of Cabrera (departing from the nearby pier) and with the famous Es Trenc beach nearby, these will be unforgettable holidays!
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
*We are not responsible for any construction work that may begin during your stay in the surrounding area. The terrace is a public area.
Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Two adult couples traveling together for the first time stayed for 5 days at this delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. We spent every night watching the sunset over the Mediterranean drinking Cava and nibbling on Iberico ham, olives, bread and whatever was leftover from the main meal the day before. What a magical time! Great WiFi! Great hot water! Great washer/dryer/dishwasher/wineglasses and plates. Fully stocked and ready to make memories. Great base to tour around Mallorca. Spend 4 hours having lunch at Marisol, right around the corner! Or have a frozen lemonade at Cassai - para llegara!

A bit more guidance on the place (a booklet explaining how things (boiler, TV etc) actually work).

The location was next to the beach & walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. We had trouble locating the apartment upon arrival as there was scaffolding around the building and the construction workers said the building was under renovation and there were no apartments & that the building was gutted. I contacted the property manager who repeated the address and said to contact the emergency contact if we needed anything else. We tried a door again and it finally opened. We had to walk accross some wooden planks over a little ditch to get in. We saw several big cockroaches in the apartment. We made the best of it. We didn't spend time inside except to sleep & shower. Beautiful area!
