All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

The rest of the kitchen is finished in dark, cherry-tone wood to provide an appealing contrast with the granite countertops. Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day

Before even arriving in Savannah, the host was fantastic. Southernbell Vacation Rentals provided me with text messages and confirmation, along with emails containing maps and directions. They were very thorough with their communication and provided lots of detail covering everything I needed to know to get into the unit.They were swift to respond and it was almost as if they had 24/7 support. On the day of check-in, they contacted me to make sure I checked in and if I was having any issues, then followed up again in the middle of my trip and at the end of my trip. The service was second to none compared to other hosts.The entry to the building was very easy using a keypad as well as the unit. On the day we arrived, the elevator was under repair and not usable, but the unit was up one very wide flight of steps and was not a big deal.Entering the unit, we found a very beautiful space. We were greeted by a very large modern kitchen that had modern appliances and seemed to be fully stocked. The kitchen was very clean and well-organized, and the washers and dryers worked exceptionally well and were very clean.The living room and dining room had a very cozy feel with nice warm tones, tall ceilings, artwork, and incredible downtown views from the large windows. On the living room coffee table was a nice guide the host put together in a giant binder with all the locations to eat, along with menus, maps, directions, notes, and details. This guide was like having Google at your

24 hours before we were to arrive in Savannah we were told our unit wasn’t available the first night. So make a plan B if you book this location. It was very disappointing and inconvenient. Once in the unit it was a very noisy location with the bar on the street below us and people yellling. The unit was LOVELY and my rating would have been very different if they hadn’t cancelled our reservation (that we had paid for well in advance) 24 hours before arrival.
