Maintenance needs done on multiple things. Towel rack in master broken, multiple shades need batteries and can’t be adjusted, microwave is broken. Hot water heater shorted out and needed re- booted. Leather sofa old and warn.We stay at many condos and this was the most poorly stocked condo. Many items unavailable. Scissors, cocktail items, shaker, shot glass. What condo doesn’t have at least one shot glass. No pantry items, Saran, foil, napkins. Usually there are some of these. View is spectacular and made up for some of these shortcomings.Only one elevator was working which made check out from the 12th floor a nightmare. Management did not respond to multiple texts prior to check in. Had to call front desk which did not have individual condo info.Stayed in this complex several times before with no issues. This time we were disappointed
