Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy, nie centrum. Apartament jest duży, dwupoziomowy i funkcjonalnie, domowo urządzony. W kuchni jest wystarczająca ilość i różnorodność wyposażenia aby przygotowywać domowe posiłki. Posiada piękny, malowniczy widok na morze, zatokę. Ma dwa tarasy, oba w stronę morza. Mieszkanie na początek było bardzo ładnie posprzątane.
Brak było mopa, czy innego zestawu do sprzątania na mokro - było to uciążliwe przy długim pobycie i 6 osobach (szczególnie w łazience oraz po deszczach). Dostaliśmy upomnienie od gospodarza, że jesteśmy za głośno (a na parterze jest jeszcze jeden apartament), w środku dnia. A jedyne, co robiliśmy, to chyba szuraliśmy krzesłami akurat intensywniej. Trudno było wyeliminować takie dżwięki - krzesła, rozkładane łóżko, przesuwany stolik, na podłodze z płytek.

Die Größe der Wohnung, die Aussicht und die Ausstattug hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt ! Viele Parkplätze im Ort,am Strand und im Zentrum. Großer Parkplatz. Schöne Terasse
Der Kühlschrank ist nicht mehr der Neuste .Das Bad unten ist sehr klein . Der Weg zum Strand und ins Zentrum sehr weit.wir sind immer mit dem Auto gefahren.
