Atendimento
O quarto 105 está com bastante infiltração. E está tudo ok ter infiltração, mas não disponibilizem o quarto para os hóspedes até sanar o problema. E seria interessante por no mínimo dois cabides no quarto. Não havia nenhum no quarto. E informo que caso outras pessoas também tenham dificuldade com barulho, tentar um outro andar, o térreo é muito barulhento.

Hotel bem localizado perto de avenida, foi bom para pernoite. Tinha café da manhã simples. Funcionário nos esperou além do horário do check in, sendo solícito.
A porta do banheiro não fechava e a luz do teto do banheiro estava caindo

Da Localização e do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro
a banheira estava em manutenção e o chuveiro não saia água o suficiente, além de precisar de uns reparos no azulejo
