About this villa rental
Charming villa located on the road that leads to Cala Sant Vicens, for the enjoyment of up to 8 people.
For larger groups you can rent the villa “Can Bojaca”, which is located next door and offers space for another 6 people.
The entrance leads you to the fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction. Next door you will find a spacious living room with a predominance of wood and stone, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD and access to the outside.
The property has 4 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. One of them has a 150 cm double bed, en suite bathroom and access to the outside. The rest have 2 single beds of 90 cm, one of which also has access to the outside, and they share 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The outdoor area of the house should be highlighted, since it has a porch that wraps around the house, giving rise to different areas with tables and chairs. In addition, one of these areas is able to be completely covered with transparent canvas and thus be able to spend an evening outside in any weather. You will also find a barbecue, a toilet, a table tennis table, swings, large garden with trees, swimming pool and plenty of parking.
The villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, just 1.5 km from the town of Pollensa. The popular beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and are available 24 hours a day.

The pool was the main attraction, but the traditional architecture and quiet and private surroundings also was part of why we choose this Villa. Aircon worked perfect in all four bedrooms, and we where there in a very hot weather! When needed, Pep was reacting instantly. Very friendly and professional! We highly recommend the Villa!

The pool and covered seating area were perfect for our family. Great location, an easy drive to Pollenca old town, Port de Pollenca and other beautiful towns and beaches (plus parking is mostly free in Mallorca). Really well looked after garden, easy check in process. We would recommend!

The Villa was in a great location, lovely and quiet and close to all the local towns and beaches.
The swimming pool,all the different outside seating areas and the pool and table tennis tables are great.
The kitchen was well equipped.
Great restaurant close by
The entrance to the villa is very dangerous when you are exiting it is difficult to judge traffic coming from the right hand side the hedge/fence needs to be cut back to allow proper line of sight. There is a mirror to help with traffic to the left hand side but this is not much good if you can’t see the other direction.
It would be nice if pool towels were changed with the linen and bathroom towels once a week.
The kettle worked but didn’t turn off could be dangerous
Shower/bath screens rather than curtains would be better we found it hard to stop water escaping on to the bathroom floors, would prevent people slipping on the floor and more hygienic
