Welcome to the apartment Dream MomentsLocationThe very bright and spacious, 60 m² apartment is located on the ground floor (barrierearm) the street Rosenberg 4 in Zingst. It is quiet and yet centrally located. From here it is only about 400 meters or 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The idyllic harbor on the bay and the center of Zingst with many shops, cafes and restaurants as well as grocery stores and bakeries can be reached in a few minutes. Thus, the car, for which a parking lot is available right outside the front door, sometimes even a few days stop. A bicycle storage room and parking spaces outside the door are also available. EquipmentThe apartment is very well equipped, so that nothing is missing. It consists of a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee and Caffissimo capsule machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a bedroom with a large double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for two more guests. For a baby, a travel cot and a high chair are ready. The large open kitchen invites you to cook together. A dining table for at least 4 people as well as satellite TV, a hi-fi system and Wi-Fi complete the offer. If you want to relax, you can do so on the sunny terrace. Furnished with a seating area and a lounge corner, the 11 m² covered terrace with garden area is perfect for sunbathing in the sun loungers. Due to the southwest orientation of the apartment, this is possible from the morning through to a cozy sundowner. A perfect place for wonderful barbecues and romantic hours by candlelight. An electric grill is available to guests.
