This is not your typical holiday let - it's really a few boutique apartments in a family owned property. The building is very new, and built to a very high standard - no noise from the neighbours or outisde. (There's a small and pleasant restaurant 100metres away, and the end of the toboggan run, but not an issue!) Lovely and warm, well appointed. It's at the end of bus route 4 - which is ideal for skiers, as the busses are regular, run to the minute, and are 200m from the apartment, passing the Nasserein lift on the way to the main bus-stop and ski-lifts. The room was very spacious, cleaned frequently, and the kitchen was well setup for occasional cooking. The host (Christoph) was very helpful, friendly, and professional, and provided excellent service and spoke good English.

For a 'new' build, it was slightly odd to have to go outside to access the (very spacious) ski room - a minor inconvenience when it snowed heavily overnight. And that's really about it... kind of hard to find any other criticism! Having to pay by bank transfer was slightly concerning, but it was easy to double-check the relevant numbers with the host directly.
