A peaceful and spacious pad, but near enough to St Anton to enjoy the atmosphere

This is not your typical holiday let - it's really a few boutique apartments in a family owned property. The building is very new, and built to a very high standard - no noise from the neighbours or outisde. (There's a small and pleasant restaurant 100metres away, and the end of the toboggan run, but not an issue!) Lovely and warm, well appointed. It's at the end of bus route 4 - which is ideal for skiers, as the busses are regular, run to the minute, and are 200m from the apartment, passing the Nasserein lift on the way to the main bus-stop and ski-lifts. The room was very spacious, cleaned frequently, and the kitchen was well setup for occasional cooking. The host (Christoph) was very helpful, friendly, and professional, and provided excellent service and spoke good English.

For a 'new' build, it was slightly odd to have to go outside to access the (very spacious) ski room - a minor inconvenience when it snowed heavily overnight. And that's really about it... kind of hard to find any other criticism! Having to pay by bank transfer was slightly concerning, but it was easy to double-check the relevant numbers with the host directly.

Having to walk up 1km on steep road. No info about bread delivery service. No other mirror apart from above bathroom sink. Bathroom make up light did not work. No shower gel, shampoo, conditioner or body lotion.

An amazing flat with amazing design. Cosy, warm, great view! Has absolutely all you need for a nice ski holiday! We loved staying there!

Friendly host, family runned. RECOMMENDED!! Perhaps also great in winter, but I was here in summer. Better than advertised. One-person room bigger then expected from photo's. I also saw appt which looked great also. Nice bed, open bathroom (no door), table with chair to work on or for eating. Windows can be opened all the way or just a bit when you're out. Everyday cleaining service. In summertime you can use the kithcen / lounge room so you can cook your own meal. Of course you share this with other people and you've to clean it yourself. In winter I understood you cannot use it! During daytime from 9am till 5 pm or something free use of bus services every 30 minutes. Location close to start some hiking trails. About 35 minutes walk from railway station. And a bit shorter to supermaket & village center. In the summer the night will be cool so I slept with the windows open. During the hot day close it to keep your room cool.

Nothing! Everything great as advertised. One thing is the bus service stops quite early, but that has nothing to do with this great host I guess ;-) For kids there is not a playground next to the building but I am sure if you ask the host they will show you a perfect place nearby.

Comfortable and very clean rooms, great value for money ( includes St. Anton Summer Card ), shared kitchen available, daily room cleaning, quiet location ( but not very steep ). Someone is always available if a problem occurs.

Beautiful, high spec apartments, serviced every day, with very welcoming hosts

Cristophe and his mum were very welcoming. The rooms are decorated to a very high grade and far exceeded our expectations, we loved the walk in wardrobe, the bar and the waterfall shower.

We would have preferred a double bed as there was a gap in between the 2 singles.

Un excellent séjour, dans un lieu de très bon standing.

L 'appartement est design, moderne, vaste et fonctionnel, c'est une belle prestation. Pas de séparation entre le salon- cuisine et la partie nuit afin de bien profiter des baies vitrées très lumineuses. Attention, pas de porte pour séparer la salle de bain du reste de l'appartement, mieux vaut être sûr de vouloir partager son intimité avec votre compagne/compagnon !.... La terrasse est grande, très agréable le soir en été. La maison elle-même est vaste et décorée avec goût, située sur les hauteurs de Sankt Anton, presque à Sankt Jakob : par conséquent, c'est extrêmement calme. Pour ceux qui renâclent à rejoindre le centre du village à pied, votre hôte vous donne une carte qui vous fait bénéficier d'avantages variés et surtout d'un service de navette qui vous permet de voyager gratuitement dans St Anton mais aussi les communes avoisinnantes, très pratique en particulier pour les randonnées. L'accueil des hôtes a été professionnel et chaleureux.

La plaque par induction n'a que 2 feux et il est difficile de faire autre chose que réchauffer des aliments ou faire cuire des pâtes etc.

Geräumig, gemütlich, liebevoll - Top!

Das ganze Haus ist äußerst schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind geräumig, sauber und hochwertig. Es gibt einen sehr geräumigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Herr Alber hat sich mit großer Sorgfalt und stets guter Laune um sämtliche Anliegen gekümmert. Wir waren rundum begeistert und zufrieden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse unmittelbar an einer traumhaften Wanderroute (Leutkircher Hütte). Der Balkon bietet viel Platz und einen schönen Blick. Der kleine Geschirrspüler leistet dankbare Arbeit! Das WLAN läuft schnell und störungsfrei. Auch der Fernseher ist top.

Es gibt keinen Ofen. Ist nicht tragisch, denn der kleine Herd (2 Platten) reicht vollkommen aus.

Enige nadeel maar ook voordeel: appartement ligt aan het eind van de Nasserein strasse. ( 10 a 15 minuten wandelen van/naar het centrum). Wel mooi rustig en met uitzicht op de bergen.
