Finca Sa Real by Mallorca House Rent

The property is great. It’s very big with lots of space for a family of 10. The 3 rooms upstairs are like mini apartments with their own bathrooms and hallway and air conditioning. Outside there’s lots of room with a lovely pool. It’s in the middle of a lot of open space so you don’t have to worry about others hearing you. We had a great time and would recommend.

There were just a number of things that could be improved or fixed to make it a better experience. - the shower in the main bathroom doesn’t drain properly and the showerhead isn’t very good. - the showerhead in the middle bedroom upstairs isn’t very good either. Needs fixing (the shower itself is great and modern though). - only one ping pong bat so we had to buy our own - recycling bins need to be bigger to avoid going to the tip everyday. There’s 10 people. We used various buckets we rounds around the place. - oven didn’t get hot enough. They did send someone out to fix it but still doesn’t work properly. - having enough toilet role, bins bags, washing up liquid etc for a week would have been helpful. Not just first couple of days.

Un alojamiento increíble, con unos servicios muy buenos y limpieza general muy buena. La piscina estaba genial, y las habitaciones eran amplias y muy cómodas. Es una villa muy amplia y tiene todos los servicios necesarios y más. El contacto con el anfitrión por Whatsapp fue constante y nos ayudó en todas las dudas. Sin ninguna duda muy recomendable si se hace un viaje con grupos grandes. Repetiría sin duda.

Quizás no es la mejor ubicación de todas, pero no está nada mal si, como nosotros, tienes coches de alquiler para moverte. Otro detalle es que en la planta baja no hay aire acondicionado, como sí hay en las tres habitaciones del segundo piso. Es un dato importante porque cuando nos reuníamos en la cocina o el salón, hacia demasiada calor.

Setting was beautiful. Lovely villa. Pool area very nice but the pool got dirty towards the end of the week

The villa wasn't as well equipped as we have had previously. The BBQ did not work but they did provide us with another. The outside barn area had no comfy seating as shown in the photographs. Air con was inadequate.
