The Coach House, Clifton and Parking - Hopewell

Location is really great - walking distance to all the nicest parts of Clifton and such a bonus to have off street parking. Cottage is really cosy and comfortable.

Gates to access the parking are a little narrow, but do-able. Unfortunately, because it is an old property it's not really possible to open most of the windows.

Cleanliness.

The location is great. Place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Onsite parking was a bonus, though it was a bit challenging to manoevre in and out of the courtyard.

Heating was not adequate to keep the place warm - only one small radiator, which didn't switch on, and only partial underfloor heating. The place is not very homely or cosy - the sitting room needs a rug, curtains or blinds are needed at the windows for privacy, bedside lamps are needed, and lower lighting options or lamps are needed in the sitting room. The key fob for opening the gates was broken, so the instructions didn't match, which was confusing.

Parking and location

Cleanliness, facilities provided and lack of feel for privacy (blinds etc). Shared entrance with other building, we had issues with would was suspicious behaviour all night of the people coming and going every 15 minutes all through the night, raised concerns with management but was ignored.
