Everything,it was a great nice gorgeous place,the staff no words to describe how they were helpful and kind,welcoming..Pay,Luck,Aew..
And i want to thank specially Pay for her patience with all of our orders and questions..she is a really great person..i wish that I could stay more
Location nice few minutes by car to porto de phuket (a very nice place) but other places a little far..but for us it was ok..and we wished that they have more options for breakfast..but the club sandwich was delicious 😋

We enjoyed our stay at villa Kyoto . Villa looks exactly as on the photo . Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Only thing to improve was a bathroom. There was no hook for a towels , always was a problem to think where to put used towels .

أود أن أتقدم لكم بخالص الشكر والتقدير على حسن استقبالكم وطيب تعاملاتكم خلال فترة إقامتي. لقد كنتم جميعًا في قمة الاحترام والود، وتعاملتم معي بابتسامة وروح جميلة ساعدت على تلطيف الأجواء رغم بعض الظروف غير المريحة في السكن.
أشكركم فردًا فردًا، وأتمنى لكم التوفيق دائمًا، فأنتم الواجهة المشرقة للفندق
إلى إدارة الفندق المحترمين،
أود أن أبلغكم بعدم رضاي عن مستوى الإقامة خلال فترة تواجدي في الفندق، وذلك للأسباب التالية:
1. جلسات الصالة لم تكن نظيفة، مما أعطى انطباعًا سلبيًا عن مستوى العناية بالنظافة.
2. أدوات المطبخ كانت غير نظيفة وصعبة الاستخدام.
3. انتشار الوزغ (الأبراص) بشكل ملحوظ خارج الغرف وفي أرجاء الفندق.
4. تزايد انتشار الوزغ حول حوض السباحة الخاص بالسكن، مما جعل استخدامه غير ممكن إطلاقًا.
ونتيجة لهذه الأسباب، لم أتمكن من استخدام المسبح ولا الصالة ولا المطبخ طوال فترة إقامتي، واضطررت للبقاء داخل الغرفة فقط، وهو أمر لا يتناسب مع ما تم دفعه ولا مع المستوى المعلن للفندق.
وعليه، أتمنى منكم النظر في تعويضي أو إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع تقديرًا لعدم تمكني من الاستفادة من المرافق والخدمات التي حجزت من أجلها.
