The airco and the interior. Also the only reason why we were there instead of the elixir apartment.

Where to start? First of all don't trust the owner Dragica and her husband. She convinced us to book not via booking but rather via herself because it would be cheaper ( we stayed two weeks almost). In the End her unfriendly husband charged us exactly the same price then we would pay on booking, which of course is a scam because on booking you pay for the city tax for tourist but Dragica never wanted our passports and literally only knew the first name of my husband 🫠 so she didnt bother to register us but we paid the price for it in anyway. ( I guess they really need the money😁) Then we had the agreement with her that we would come back the next week but during check out her husband said oh no all the apartments are booked already, which Is a lie you can see on booking both are free and also his wife told my hubby before that's its fine when we come back at this date but her husband was adamed that it's not free. Liars and also they really screwed over our plans because we had to find last minute something to stay in for almost a week which is not so easy. So yea don't trust one word out of the owners mouth . Now the room : idk she tried to clean but it wasn't really clean , spidercobs on the walls , bedframe dirty , bathroom smelled constantly like rotten hair / burned hair/ acidy. Bathroom smelled actually so bad that I had to threw up once from the smell. Airco leaking on you if you sit on the balcony. The local kids / teenagers are playing every night really loud across the apartment on the playground so it's impossible to sleep ever with the window open. If she wouldn't have lied to us with the money and the stay I could oversee certain things but the whole experience was just ridiculous.

Zweckmässig, ansonsten...

Die Reservierung wurde eingehalten. Die Besitzerin hat nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme sofort zurückgerufen und hat uns ordentlich Richtung Wohnungsschlüssel eingewiesen. Das Apartment hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, wenn man die Erwartungen an die serbische Mentalität/Tatsachendarstellung anpasst. Andernfalls würde man von Beschiss sprechen. In der Summe kein totaler Reinfall, allerdings ist die Gesamtnote (samt Lage) total daneben (und wir sind wirklich keine Etepetete-Bürger, die üblicherweise das Ritz als gerade-gut-genug bezeichnen^^). Die Bewertung ist ehrlich und der Gastgeberpräsentation angepasst.

Das zugesagte Parkplatzangebot ist nicht vorhanden!!! Man soll sich irgendwo auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, etc. einen suchen. Das Apartment sieht sehr trist aus. Die Fotos sind irreführend. Unter Sauberkeit versteht man etwas anderes. Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Hochhauskomplex mit hunderten von Wohnungen. Im Badezimmer muss an sich mit einem typischen Balkan-Gebäudebaustil abfinden, sprich die Kanalisation ist in der Wohnung bemerkbar, weil überall am Bau gefuscht wurde, wo man nur konnte. Selbstverständlich interessiert es den Wohnungseigentümer nicht, das Problem zu lösen. Letztendlich muss man nicht selbst drin leben, sondern kassiert monatlich ein Vielfaches der ortsüblichen Miete (ohne Steuern oder andere Abgaben abzuführen, da der angebotene Bereich vllt. irgendwo tatsächlich angemeldet wurde, Einnahmen aber wahrscheinlich zu mindestens 95% nicht gemeldet werden - daher auch bei allen Angeboten in Serbien "Bezahlen vor Ort" und nicht im Voraus oder ähnliches). Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr überschaubar. Wesentliche Dinge fehlen einfach. Ob es sie jemals gab, kann man schwer abschätzen. Vieles wird zwar mit der Zeit geklaut, ändert aber trotzdem nichts an der Tatsache, dass der Eigentümer Ersatz besorgen muss. Letztendlich bucht man so eine Art von Unterkunft bewusst. Ansonsten kann man auch im Hotel mit Minibar für teilweise weniger Geld ein Zimmer buchen. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen sind von Einheimischen, die im Ausland bei so einem Angebot von Betrug sprechen würden. Hier aber aus einer (vermutlich) scheinheiligen Solidarität eine andere Messlatte für die Benotung benutzen. Wenn man sich ein tatsächliches Bild machen will, sollte man sich (fast immer) die Kommentare von Nicht-Jugos zu Herzen nehmen. PS: Wir haben bis zum Schluß den Glauben nicht verloren, dass es irgendwo eine Weinflasche und Rafaello geben muss - wenigenstens eine Sache wie beschrieben oder wie auf Fotos! PPS: Nicht gefunden...
