Oceanfront Copacabana Your Amazing Experience

The location is absolutely fantastic! The flat is very cute and well done. It made me feel like a Carioca for 4 days :P The building staff and the property managers are very kind, helpful, and friendly. They are also prompt to assist with any queries. I really don’t think I could have had a better stay.

Super Lage an der Copacabana. Meersicht aus dem Fenster. Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und für 2 Personen genügend Platz. Es war alles sauber. Es war in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt vor Ort.

Bei der Buchung habe ich die Option früheres Check-in gegen Aufpreis gebucht. Nach der Buchung wollte die Unterkunft zuerst das frühere Check-in nicht garantieren. Es hat aber dann geklappt wie gebucht. Mussten eine Kaution von R$ 500.- mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen, welche der Karte effektiv belastet wurde. Dies war in der Buchung auch so ersichtlich. Die Rückvergütung erfolgte jedoch erst 12 Tage nach der Wohnungsabgabe. Eine Kaution gehört für mich zurück vergütet wenn man die Wohnung ordentlich verlassen hat innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen. Das ist das einzige, wo mir nicht gefallen hat.

Es un alojamiento con muchas deficiencias. La cama es un horror, se hunde esta vieja. No tiene cocina en realidad hay solo una hornilla eléctrica qué tarda 15 minutos en calentar agua para un te. Pero lo peor y lo que realmente debe saberse es que NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE. HAN PRETENDIDO SOLUCUIONAR LA DUCHA CON UN CALEFON AUTOMATICO muy antiguo ubicado sobre la ducha que nunca funcionó. Tenes q bañarte cob agua fria. Eso es una gran incomodidad. El inodoro es muy pequeño y presenta sus dificultades para evacuar aunque no arrojes papel. Otra cosa desde la cama se ve el inodoro a través de una ventana o sea q el baño no tiene privacidad.
