Rest and relax as you enjoy your sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails from the spectacular sundrenched top floor balcony with breathtaking unobstructed views of the Gulf, or take a few steps back to the covered area of the balcony. Have a seat on the captain’s chairs and view dolphins, osprey or perhaps a beach buzz from our beloved Blue Angels. The 1st tower building (East end) is only steps away from the beach, close to the tennis/pickleball courts, outdoor grills, but away from the hustle and bustle of the pools and the elevators. Master bedroom includes king size bed, TV, and a gorgeous view of the Gulf with sliding glass door with direct access to the balcony, and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom, with new furnishings, is equipped with 2 full-sized beds and TV, adjacent to a tub/shower combo bathroom. For those that would rather stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cookware and bakeware needed, as well as all NEW stainless appliances. Grab some seafood from our local seafood market and enjoy all of the comforts of home. Casual dining for 4 at the breakfast bar or for more formal dining at the dining room table. With ample seating in the living room, you and your guests can sit back and relax, enjoy the view, or catch your favorite movie/show, in the NEW reclining chairs and sofa. Unit 813 also has a new full-size washer and dryer. All units have Wi-Fi as well as on the property (pools, etc) and dish cable. Please no smoking or pets on property.

Condo was decently clean. There were a few spots I saw that could’ve been done better. Fan in the master bedroom is broken and master bedroom is incredibly hot compared to the rest of the condo. The property states that they are a no smoking facility, Beach included. However, when brought to their attention, multiple times, about smokers on the beach nothing was done to prevent them from smoking. This was disappointing because my husband has asthma and I have a severe allergy to cigarette smoke. This was one of the reasons we chose this property because they stated no smoking was allowed on the beach. Except for being hot, the condo itself was very nice. We managed to have a great time despite being exposed to The cigarette smoke every day.

Loved the convenience of the beach, pool, even bathrooms on the ground level. Very easy with the kids. Everything was lovely and not overcrowded. Quiet and clean. Plan to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the beach was not overcrowded like over in Gulf Shores by the enormous complexes. The furnishings are slightly dated, but were top of the line 15 years ago. All nice quality. That being said, it's a very comfortable unit and all furniture is very comfortable. The two blue wing back chairs are recliners. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The online info said that the spare bedroom had twin beds, but it's actually two full size beds. Our trip was two couples and it was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
