Close to shops and transport, this flat is perfect for visiting Montpellier and its surroundings while staying in a quiet environment.
This charming one bedroom duplex of 42 m² is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and is composed of:
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a wonderful balcony with an outdoor dining table,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully kitchen ( coffee machine, hotplates, fridge, oven),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- TV, Wifi.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo
## Neighborhood
Located south east of Montpellier, Lattes is close to many points of interest such as the protected natural site of Méjean, the Camargue Regional Nature Park, the Pic Saint-Loup or the Port of Sète. Its port, Ariane, reconnects with a prestigious past: the great river route that was the Lez in the time of Jacques Cœur. A river port, just a stone's throw from the cycle paths, in a beautiful setting, pleasant for family outings.
There are several shops and a supermarket nearby. Many restaurants and cafés, as well as wine tasting of the Pays d'Oc. A large market is held every Sunday morning on the Place Aragon (2min walk away). Just 5 minutes from port Ariane, this accommodation is perfect if you want to visit Montpellier and enjoy the sea, which is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Montpellier Saint-Roch train station → 7 min by car
Montpellier Méditerranée Airport → 10 min by car

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys.

Appart impeccable au niveau propreté
Lit et canapé de qualité tele et le nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour (jus de fruit et café expresso) four et micro onde terrasse équipée pour prendre son café au réveil
Quatre étoiles + méritée. Croyez-moi j’aime en avoir pour mon argent et j’en suis très satisfait
