Hikes, toboggan runs and cross-country ski trails are also within easy reach and offer unforgettable winter experiences.
Summer activities: In summer, the surrounding area attracts visitors with numerous excursion destinations. Particularly recommended are: The Krimml Waterfalls, Grossglockner High Alpine Road, Gerlos Pass, Familienland Pillersee, Aurach Wildlife Park, Hohe Tauern National Park Centre in Mittersill, Zell am See, Kitzbühel, Salzburg.
