Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is our cozy apartment in the middle of the quiet Bavarian forest. Here we invite you to relax and enjoy nature with all its beauties. We beautify your stay with a renovated, modern furnished apartment including private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Since the apartment is part of a holiday complex, you can expect many possibilities here, with which you can creatively arrange your free time. You will be offered a large indoor pool with outdoor pool and slides, in addition to two saunas, where you can just sit back and relax. For the sports enthusiasts, a football hall, table tennis and a miniature golf course are offered. Even our youngest guests will not miss out on their time and let off steam in the large indoor playground, equipped with trampolines, slides and a climbing labyrinth.
General information about the apartment
Our apartment is 53 square meters in size, consists of two rooms. The first room is the living room, which can also be used as a bedroom and contains a kitchenette. The second bedroom is equipped with box spring bed, large closet and extra TV. The apartment can sleep up to five people. The bathroom has a modern toilet, sink and modern shower. From the balcony you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view over the town of Sankt-Elmar.
Equipment
The apartment offers everything you need for a successful stay. You will be provided with fresh towels, fresh linen, a hair dryer, a radio and in each room a flat screen television. In addition, we offer a selection of beautiful children's toys available, as well as books, DVDs and board games, which can bring you and your fellow travelers happy hours.
Our modern kitchen of course includes a refrigerator, two hobs, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pans, pots and of course crockery with cutlery. Here you can let your culinary arts run wild and cook your loved one or get cooks.
In the resort are available to you and the other guests washing machines and dryers. You can easily purchase the laundry brands you need at the reception.

One of the highlights is the indoor playground, which is 1300 square meters in size and offers everything your heart desires with: trampolines, climbing labyrinths, climbing fortresses, kickers and billiards. The beautiful landscape, surrounded by mountains and forests, invites our guests to come closer to nature. Here you can go for relaxed walks or explore the area by bike. As you walk into the center of Sankt Englmar, you will find a spa park with a children's playground, an animal enclosure and a beautiful bathing lake. For a change, the amusement park Sankt Englmar provides, with its various attractions, young and old for fun. Those who like to track things down are invited to visit the experiment museum "Experium", which is not only exciting for children. Thanks to modern floodlights, the skiing experience under a starry sky is unforgettable. Another highlight is our toboggan run, where you can pull yourself up with your sledge and then drive down the mountain. A fun for everyone! Ursprünglich ausgesucht, weil hier alles schon vor Ort ist ( Pool, Restaurant, Spielplatz... ), allerdings ausser dem Spielplatz nichts genutzt, weil es hier in der Umgebung so viel zu entdecken gab. Von aussen macht der Komplex nicht viel her, 70er Jahre Plattenbau würde ich sagen, aber aber der Wohnungstür ist es gemütlich und zu meinem Erstaunen haben wir Abends keinen Lärm von draussen oder von Nachbarn gehört. Das WLAN scheint sich über die ganze Anlage zu erstrecken und ist wir eine Oase in der Wüste der Netzabdeckung im bayrischen Wald. Für den Nachwuchs anscheinend überlebenswichtig. An die Steckdosen muss man sich gewöhnen, die meisten Lichter schalten auch irgendeine Steckdose mit an und aus - wer abends das Licht ausmacht sollte schauen, aber er/sie an der dazugehörenden Steckdose sein Handy laden möchte.
Wenn man den Schalter für den Abzug in der Toilette nicht findet... wird es dort vermutlich irgendwann riechen.
Dusche hat ordentlich Druck und Wasser sofort warm. Top.

Schöne Ferienwohnung; gut gelegen. Alles kann für den zusätzlichen Bedarf im Ort beaorgt werden.
Es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten auch auswärts essen zu gehen.
Auch im Umkreis viele Ausflugziele.

Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung, wie beschrieben vor. Allerdings hat uns einiges in der Ferienwohnung nicht gefallen. Das dritte "Bett" im Schlafzimmer und auch die vierte Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer sind unzumutbar, durchgelegen, man hat das Gefühl man liegt schon auf den Boden. Im Schlafzimmer ein sehr großer Schrank, aber ca 80 % des Schrankes war belegt, mit Waesche, Zusatzgeräte für den Staubsauger, Decken, Kinderbedarf usw. Eine Nutzung des Schrankes unsererseits war sehr begrenzt zu nutzen, wir lebten aus dem Koffer und Taschen. Bei den geringen Möglichkeiten im Wohzimmer das gleiche, Stabelweise Prospekt (wahrscheinlich von den Vormietern), ein Schrank mit Putzmitteln, soviel habe ich noch nicht einmal zu Hause. Das gleiche in der Küchenzeile, ein Fach voller angefangener Lebensmittel und das zu Coronazeiten.
